TOWN HALL MEETING
Over 100 residents attended the Focus Maui Nui town hall meeting on December 8, 2003. Akaku Community Television filmed the program, providing further citizen access, and the Maui News, Maui Weekly and Star Bulletin also committed press coverage.

SESSIONS
Focus Maui Nui forums were held in many different venues, attesting to the value of getting to participants in spaces in which they are comfortable and to the variety of participants. These have included garages, on the beach, picnic tables, living rooms, patios, offices, churches, libraries, senior centers, classrooms and youth centers.

	Members of the Maunaloa school 'ohana, Molokai.
Molokai H.S. Students.		Kipahulu, Maui.
	Nature Conservancy and Maui Roping Club.
		A forum with MEO staff.
	Maui County Planning Department staff.
		A session on Lanai.
	This forum brought together 4 generations of one family.
A session with staff at QLCC, Maui.		Students at Kamehameha Schools, Maui Campus.
	Several sessions were held at Maui Community College.
