community?
“I like the kindness and aloha of the people who live
here.”
What is he concerned about in Maui Nui?
“There is not enough playing spaces and parks for base–
ball, soccer, etc.”
What is his idea to address the community concern?
“We need more parks and play spaces because there’s a
lot of kids and it’s overcrowded, and because they’re fun
places to hang out.”
What are his hopes for Maui’s future?
“I would like to see Maui the same way it is
today: not too much building, a lot of nature, ev–
erything is close by, but with more places to play.”
