What makes him feel good about our Maui Nui
community?
“Its peacefulness and the fact it’s a safe island makes me
proud to live here. I love the fact that a lot of people re–
spect the land and help preserve it.”
What is he concerned about in Maui Nui?
“I am very concerned about the underage drinking and
drug abuse on Lanai. I feel kids should know we are the
future and we should make smart decisions.”
What is his idea to address the community concern?
“I spread drug and alcohol awareness on Lanai and make
the highway board signs to spread drinking and driving
awareness.”
What are his hopes for Maui’s future?
“I would like to see our reef healthy and to get a group of
people to help prevent erosion on Lanai so we don’t kill
our reef.”
