What makes him feel good about our Maui Nui
community?
“I can walk outside—I know that it is safe, you can meet
new people, make new friends, and that you know you can
care about others when they care about you.”
What is he concerned about in Maui Nui?
“I am concerned about the abuse of drugs and alcohol,
violence, crimes, and also littering or not taking care of
the land.”
What is his idea to address the community concern?
“Nothing is impossible to fix if everyone gets involved. I
like to help by interacting with other people and passing
on helpful information.”
What are his hopes for Maui’s future?
“I would like to see Maui stay as beautiful as it is now, with
cane fields and unique, beautiful nature, not just roads,
houses and smog.”
