community?
“Knowing everything is working good—no accidents, no
fires, nothing; going down Front Street and seeing smiling
faces.”
What is she concerned about in Maui Nui?
“The brush fires that had took place recently; when teens
are living with friends instead of family because of drug
problems; crimes etc.”
What is her idea to address this community concern?
“Don’t do drugs—they can make a big impact on some–
one’s life.”
What are her hopes for Maui’s future?
“Maui is beautiful the way it is. I would like to keep it
fresh, clean, with no drugs and less development.”
