What makes you feel good about your community?

“What makes me feel good about my community is that the beaches are clean. In my Wailuku Community everything is close so I can walk, run or skate there.”

What are you concerned about in your community?

“I am concerned about how many houses that they’re building and the traffic. Not enough outdoor activities like a skate park, diving, because they are all hanging out at the mall.”

What do you hope to gain from the Focus Maui Nui Youth Alliance experience?

“I hope to gain more leadership skills and how to discuss issues about the community.”
